There are many people who are and will be against biological products and one of the main points that raise is that the organically grown food is more sensitive to the microscopic pathogens. However there is no scientific evidence that proves it and basic hygiene when handling food should always be respected as keep fruits and vegetables than meat and fruit and vegetable wash before use. In terms of cost, there is not always a clear distinction on the price – sometimes this depends on the production of the product but organic producers have to meet stricter regulations that all through the process, so in terms of manpower can be more expensive.
