Europe spending millions to go eat Burger Bug

While many cultures, particularly in developing countries rely on insects to make up much of their diet, the very thought can make a nose-up-held by Westerners — bug eating is ratings Boost fodder for TV-Show gross-out reality, not a dinner at a five star restaurant. But, the EU aims to change the situation with a boost to entomophagy, the scientific name for eating insects.

"
